The fertile state of Iowa is on display in all its glory this time of year! Agriculture is king here in Iowa; the cornerstone of our economy, farming accounts for one in every 6 jobs. This year, Iowa’s farm groups are again working together through the Iowa Farmers Feed Us initiative to show Ragbrai enthusiasts how today’s family farmers provide safe, nutritious and affordable food.

At specially designated FarmersFeedUs/RAGBRAI stops, Iowa farmers will offer Ragbrai riders tasty and nutritious samples of what they raise and grow ("free food!"), plus, a collectible bike spoke card with illustrations from Iowa's own Brian Duffy, which gives riders a chance to win a special FarmersFeedUs/RAGBRAI prize: a FREE iPad! Iowa farmers will be serving up food and showcasing the many ways they raise today's safe, nutritious food.
